Meridian House, Greenwich

Meridian House, Greenwich

Meridian House, built in 1939, is a Grade II-listed building situated in the heart of Historic Greenwich designed by Clifford Culpin in the Art Deco style and has a 55.9 metres high clock tower.
It was the original Greenwich Town Hall and has been described as, “the only town hall of any London borough to represent the style of our time adequately.”

We have submitted a planning application to convert Meridian House into 73 luxury apartments with employment space on part ground and lower ground floors

The proposed development will feature luxury interiors with a focus to retain and preserve many of the original historic features and character. The residents will benefit from start of the art communal amenities focused around the spacious central courtyard.
